AutoPro Carwash - Al Mazruiyah, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
The project involved constructing an AutoPro car wash facility for our client, Tamimi Co., with additional civil works to build a waiting room, chemicals storage room, and a labor rest area. These rooms were constructed with reinforced concrete columns, CMU walls, and a sturdy steel roof covering all areas for enhanced durability and weather resistance.
Following the civil works, the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) phase began. The plumbing work included the installation of two submersible pumps, which were connected to an overhead water tank. This system was further connected to an additional pump to ensure proper water pressure for the car wash operations. The drainage system was installed and connected to the main pipeline for efficient wastewater management.
For the electrical work, lighting fixtures, the main panel board, and socket outlets were installed, along with EMT conduits and cable laying. Additionally, safety measures were implemented with the installation of fire alarms and smoke detectors to ensure the facility adhered to safety standards.
Once the MEP work was completed, the finishing phase began. Ceramic tiles were applied to the walls and floors for both aesthetic appeal and easy maintenance. The walls were painted, and gypsum board ceilings were installed for a polished interior finish. The chemical storage room received an epoxy floor coating to provide chemical resistance and easy cleaning. A sunshade structure was erected to provide shelter in the outdoor areas, while decorative elements were added to enhance the overall appearance of the facility.
