Mr. Jalawi is the foundation of High Horizons Trading Est. With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Jalawi achieved great success in building his reputed company and continues to be one of the leading Civil & Electromechanical Contracting companies in the KSA Market.
Over 2 decades High Horizons Trading Est. generated a long professional record in national and international markets and remained strong in the industry. With a continued commitment to the top quality of work, competency, a dedicated team of professionals High Horizons continues to build a longstanding relationship with high-profile Clients across the region.
Mr. Rafat has a professional degree in B.Sc. in Accountancy from Al Ahliyya University, Amman, Jordan in the Year 1994 and is a member of IMA & SOCPA.
Mr. Rafat has successfully completed High Horizons iconic project and provided engineering excellence.
With over 30 years of experience, now Mr. Rafat held the position of Deputy General Manager, he supervises the operation of the Company projects and activities in the various departments; supports/assists the business development activities as well as execution of ongoing Civil, MEP and Maintenance projects to ensure their completion on schedule, within budget, in accordance with contractual obligations and accepted company standards.
Eng. Ahmed is a civil engineer with 12 years of experience in the construction field. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of 6th October University in Egypt. He has expertise in finishing works and construction projects. Currently, he holds the position of Project Manager.
Eng. Anas is a building engineer who graduated from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. He holds the position of procurement engineer and has experience in materials science and building construction, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
