Red Wing Showroom Renovation Work - Al Khobar Al Janubiyah, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
The project involved the renovation of the Red Wing showroom in Al Khobar for our client, Tamimi Co. The scope of work began with the demolition phase, which included the removal of old furniture, false ceilings, floor tiles, paints, electrical sockets, lights, roof insulation, and rusted roof panels.
Following the demolition, electrical work commenced with the installation of electrical conduits and boxes, preparing the floor slab for new cable runs from the main panel board to the socket outlets. A reinforcing mesh was then installed to prepare for pouring the concrete floor. Once the concrete was poured and set, polishing was carried out to achieve the required floor level and finish.
Gypsum board installation followed, creating partition walls and closing off openings up to the roof deck. The air conditioning (AC) system was then serviced, which included maintenance of the existing AC package unit and modifications to the supply air duct to align with the new design requirements.
Wall sanding was carried out to prepare the surfaces for painting. The painting phase included the application of paint on walls, ceilings, the main façade cladding, and the supply air ducts. Decorative brickwork was then installed to enhance the showroom’s aesthetic appeal.
Electrical work was completed with the installation of new lighting fixtures, smoke detectors, and cable trunks. A transparent epoxy layer was applied to the concrete floor, providing a durable and visually appealing finish. Finally, maintenance work was performed on the showroom’s signboard to ensure it was in line with the newly renovated appearance.
