AutoPro Car Service Center - Ar Rayyan, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
The project focused on constructing an AutoPro car service center for our client, Tamimi Co. It began with extensive civil works, starting with the preparation of the foundation and pouring of the concrete floor slab. This included careful leveling and reinforcement to ensure durability and strength for heavy vehicle loads. A mezzanine floor was constructed using a steel structure to maximize the available space, providing an additional level for storage or service activities.
The steel structure for the mezzanine floor was then erected, including columns, beams, and floor, ensuring the framework was securely anchored. In addition, a specialized foundation was constructed for the electric winch, designed to support the heavy lifting equipment with precision and stability.
Once the civil work was completed, the electrical phase commenced, involving the installation of EMT conduits, cable laying, cable tray installation, and the connection of the main panel board.
In the finishing phase, the roof and walls were painted, and epoxy flooring was applied to provide a durable, non-slip surface. Doors and glass partitions were installed, along with the electric winch, lighting fixtures, a false ceiling, and air conditioning systems. The project also incorporated essential safety systems, including fire alarms and smoke detectors.
